Shipping and Returns

Purchase Process

We will notify you via e-mail that we’ve received your order and we are going to start working on your pieces.

Orders usually takes 10 to 15 days to be ready except for ones that are Made To Order.

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email and your order will be delivered according to the shipping specifications.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the form, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Shipping

We ship with Nacex in Spain and part of Europe.

Most of our pieces will be ready for delivered within 15 working days from the moment in which we have received the order.

Shipping prices does not include duty or charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the EU. Hydrangea will not be responsible for these expenses.

If you can’t find the country of destination in the attached table, consult us via info@hydrangeaofficial.com to check if we can deliver to your country and the estimated fee.

Return and exchange policy

Hydrangea offers fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a return.

Items have to be unused, in perfect condition, and be returned with its original packaging and label (if applies).

For exchanges you you will need to make a return and place a new order by the following procedure.

The return fee will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. 


Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return procedure

Please, email us at info@hydrangea.com with your name, order number and the subject RETURN.

Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the details and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest Nacex drop off point.

Please note that all Made To Order and online archive pieces purchases are final, there is an exclusive no return and no exchange policy on that products.

Delivery failure

You must notify Hydrangea if you have not received your order after more than 10 business days.

If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the courier service will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.

If you are not going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.

If 15 days after your order is confirmed and ready for delivery and has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. In such case, we will be authorised to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.
